Sales Coordinator

- Handle customers’ enquiries- Customer Service. - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. - Liaise with Planning and Production Department to ensure products are completed to meet the required shipment dates. - Liaise with Shipping Department on shipment of goods to customers. - Prepare sales-related documents such as offer sheet, contract, invoice, packing list. - Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. - Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. - Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. - Negotiating and dealing with customers about the claims. - Set up and monitor sales processes. - Maintaining close relationship with existing customers. - Preparing the quotations, negotiating the contracts. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that any issues are handled immediately. - Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately processing order. - Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department - Follow up the payment status of customers. - Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
